1. Nature of the HabibHouse.in
The HabibHouse.in is an online marketplace that allows users to list and discover rental properties. We act only as a technology provider and do not own, manage, verify, or endorse any property listed on the HabibHouse.in.
We are not a real estate broker, agent, or property manager. Any rental discussions, inspections, agreements, or payments happen directly between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to use the HabibHouse.in. By using the HabibHouse.in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
4. Listings & User Content
Users may submit property listings, images, descriptions, and messages (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We do not verify listings and are not responsible for inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information posted by users.
5. Prohibited Use
- Posting fake, misleading, or duplicate listings
- Scraping or extracting data from the HabibHouse.in
- Harassing, spamming, or abusing other users
- Using the HabibHouse.in for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
6. No Warranty
The HabibHouse.in is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding listing accuracy, availability, user behavior, or rental outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising out of interactions between users, property conditions, rental agreements, payments, or negotiations.
If any liability is imposed, it shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the HabibHouse.in, if any.
8. Third-Party Services
The HabibHouse.in may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the HabibHouse.in at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the HabibHouse.in at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the HabibHouse.in after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
